The focus of the work; helping young people who are at risk from loosing their quality of life or potentially their lives from the negative gang culture and its influences.

Raising awareness to parents, carers, and frontline practitioners through creative practical mediums is one of the strategies used to help address this increasing negative culture amid our young people. We endeavour to work collectively with individuals, agencies, and organisations that share this common goal to keep our young people achieving positively which strengthens communities and generates a sense of well being.

E.Y.E.S inputs: Focus, Direction, and Purpose into these young people by meeting them where they are and then taking them on a journey to discover or re-discover themselves. The programs are designed for the young people and are developed from their voices.

The 5 Elements are:

Diversion | Intervention | Creativity | Mentoring | Training

The success of the Charity is largely due to the young people turning their lives around for the better.
